We advice tracked shipping as we can't replace a lot of these pins

for supporting our small business! We really appreciate your purchase and small shops really do a little happy dance when you order.  We hope you will love your pins and much as we do!

All our pins are designed by us or in collaboration with others. You can only buy them here or on our Etsy. Our pins have our logo on the back. All our pins have two pins on the back, unless stated otherwise. We will make sure to pack your pins in bubble wrap to protect them during their journey.

SHIPPING NOTE:
We use a shipping partner as that is the cheapest way to ship. We ship twice a week on Monday and Friday. If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner on either of these two days. Especially deliveries in the Netherlands will take longer than you are used to. Please contact us if you want us to mail your order via PostNL as we work with Deutsche Post.

COMBINING ORDERS:
Unfortunately our systems doesn't allow us to combine orders.

ORDERS:
All orders are final.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

TRACKED OR UNTRACKED SHIPPING:
We have the option to choose for shipped with tracking and without. If you choose without tracking we unfortunately can’t check where your package is. We are not responsible for your stolen or lost mail.
If you have chosen for tracked shipping please check your email for the tracking number. If the tracking says the package is delivered but you don’t have it, please contact your local post office or your neighbors. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES:
Due to COVID, holidays (depending on country)  and events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday it can take a long time for your package to arrive. Please check our FAQ for an estimate.

QUALITY:
Please note that that all pins are handmade and small scratches and enamel imperfections are unavoidable. We will not offer refunds or replacements for very minor imperfections. However, we never ship anything we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves. ! Please note that pins with larger areas of metal, like the door signs, can have more markings in any grade! 

COLORS:
please note that colors can look different on your screen than in hand due to screen settings.
