🌟 FAQ – Studio Pins and Paper


✨ Our Designs

All of our enamel pins are designed in collaboration with artists. You’ll only find them here on our official webshop or through special collabs. Most pins feature our logo stamped on the back and are made from high-quality hard enamel.

Seen our designs elsewhere?
If you come across our designs on other websites or shops, they are not authorized by us and are likely stolen reproductions of poor quality.
We deeply appreciate your support of independent artists and small businesses—it truly means the world to us! (And yes, we really do a happy dance with every order 🕺✨)

📦 Shipping Information

We ship orders once a week, and each item is carefully packed by hand. For Dutch customers, we offer PostNL shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is prepped and handed over to our delivery partner.

  • Tracked shipping is available at checkout for extra peace of mind.

  • Please check your email for your tracking number if you selected tracked shipping.


🏡 Address Changes After Ordering

If you made a typo or entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the label.

Once your order is dispatched, we unfortunately can't make any changes. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout—thank you for your understanding!


🌍 Where We Ship

At this time, we do not ship worldwide.
Some countries are excluded due to postal restrictions with our shipping partner. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your region, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help.


📫 Tracked vs Untracked Shipping

You can choose tracked or untracked shipping at checkout:

  • Tracked shipping lets you monitor your parcel's journey.

  • Untracked shipping is more affordable, but we won't be able to provide status updates once it's been posted.

We've had very few issues with untracked packages over the years, but if you want peace of mind, we definitely recommend adding tracking.


⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimates and can vary depending on holidays, postal delays, or global events:

North America 3–6 weeks
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania 3–6 weeks
Asia Pacific, Latin America, MENA 3–6 weeks

Please note:
If you chose untracked shipping, we won’t be able to provide location updates. Tracked shipping is the best option if your delivery is time-sensitive.


🧾 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Unfortunately, we can’t predict or control customs processing times, but we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely.


🎨 Product Colors

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to device settings. Rest assured—our designs are even more magical in person!


📦 Combining Orders

At this time, we’re unable to combine multiple orders. Each order is processed individually and considered final once placed. Thank you for your understanding!


🌟 Pin Grading & Quality

We take great pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted pins. All of our pins are standard grade unless otherwise specified. Here’s how we grade:

  • Standard Grade: Great quality with only minor, hard-to-spot imperfections due to the handmade process (e.g., small specks or slight dips). No refunds or replacements for standard-grade imperfections.

  • B Grade: Small but noticeable flaws like enamel inconsistencies or light scratches—visible from certain angles.

  • C Grade: More obvious flaws, but still fully functional and charming (perfect for budget collectors or daily wear!).

⚠️ Pins with large metal surfaces—like signs—may show more marks across all grades.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! That said, please read our return policy carefully:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start a return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days in original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
