OUR DESIGNS:
All our pins are designed by us or in collaboration with others. You can only buy them here or in our Etsy shop, unless it’s a collab. (Most of) Our pins have our logo on the back and are all made of hard enamel.

Have you seen our designs in other shops?
You can only buy our pins in Etsy and in this store. If you see our designs in another Etsy store or other website those are stolen designs and probably of poor quality.

Please support independent pinmakers and shops :) We really appreciate your support and  we all do a little dance with every order. (We really do!)

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We've partnered with a reliable shipping service to ensure your treasures reach you safely and affordably. We pack and prepare shipments with care, and we now offer PostNL shipping for our valued Dutch customers. Tracking options are available for added peace of mind. We ship once a week. If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner.

MODIFYING SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASE:
We greatly appreciate your order! In the event that you've entered an incorrect or outdated address during your purchase, don't worry. Kindly reach out to us promptly after the transaction is confirmed. This allows us to adjust the shipping label's address before your order embarks on its journey.

Once an order has been dispatched, any alterations to the address cannot be accommodated. It's important to note that as the buyer, you are responsible to provide an accurate address at the time of purchase. Your cooperation ensures a seamless delivery process.

NO WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
Regrettably, our shipping coverage is not global. We currently do not have shipping arrangements with certain countries, such as Russia and China, due to constraints with our shipping partner. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you have any inquiries or need further assistance.

TRACKED OR UNTRACKED SHIPPING:
We have the option to choose for shipped with tracking and without. If you choose without tracking we unfortunately can’t check where your package is. We hardly had any problems over the last 5 years with lost or stolen packages but for peace of mind we suggest to add tracked shipping to your order. If you have chosen tracked shipping please check your email for the tracking number. If the tracking says the package is delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or your neighbours.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES:
Due to holidays (depending on country) and events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday it can take a long time for your package to arrive. Please check our FAQ for an estimate arrival time.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We strive to make your experience as seamless as possible, though we cannot control customs-related delays.

COLORS:
Just a gentle reminder that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings. The magic truly comes alive when held in your hands!

COMBINE ORDERS:
Unfortunately our system doesn't allow us to combine orders if you have multiple orders and all orders are final.

Estimated delivery times
Regrettably, we cannot provide precise timing for the arrival of your package in case tracked shipping hasn't been chosen. Without tracking, we're unable to offer location updates. Untracked shipping aligns with the standard in our region. We do offer an upgrade to tracked shipping, which we suggest.

Shipping may extend to 6 weeks, particularly during holiday periods. Typically, it's around 3 weeks for destinations beyond Europe, 1 week within Europe, and just a few days for orders within the Netherlands. However, kindly note that these are estimations, and occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may lead to longer waits. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these variables.

North America: 3-6 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-6 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and the delays that can occur.

QUALITY STATEMENT:
At Studio Pins and Paper, each pin is a testament to craftsmanship and dedication. We work with our factories for many years and are always happy with their quality.

As with any handmade creation, minor imperfections such as small scratches and enamel variations may occur. Rest assured, we hold ourselves to the highest standards, and we would never send out anything that doesn't meet our own expectations.

Our pins are sold as standard grade unless specified otherwise (B grade & C grade). Here's a breakdown of our grading system:

  • Standard: Handcrafted with care, these pins might exhibit subtle imperfections that come with their handmade nature. Please note that we will not offer refunds or replacements for very minor imperfections. However, rest assured that we hold these pins to the same standard we'd want for ourselves.
  • B Quality: Pins in this category may have slight imperfections like small enamel dips or tiny pin pricks, which are noticeable only from certain angles. These imperfections are minimal and in no way compromise the overall appeal of the pin.
  • C Quality: Pins labeled as C quality may have more noticeable imperfections that can be seen from any angle. Despite these imperfections, they still possess their unique charm and can be a wonderful addition to your collection.

Please keep in mind that pins featuring larger metal areas, such as door signs, might exhibit more markings across all grades.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction matters, and we're here to guide you through our return process. Please take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Initiating the Return: Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Window: Please ensure that the item is returned within 14 days. You are responsible for the safe return of the item to us, and any associated shipping costs.
  3. Shipping Costs: Kindly note that shipping costs will not be refunded as part of the return process.
  4. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price unfortunately cannot be returned.
