Processing time
We use a shipping partner as that is the cheapest way to ship. If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner. We ship the orders once a week to the shipping partner and they scan the packages for us. If you've chosen tracked shipping it can take a few days for the link to work.
Packages for Dutch orders will go via tracked shipping with PostNL.

Unfortunately we are not 100% sure when your package will arrive. If you haven't added tracking to your order we can't tell you where it is
Shipping can take up to 6 weeks, especially during the holiday seasons. Normally it is around 2 weeks outside Europe, 1 week in Europe and a few days in The Netherlands. It can take longer, due to for example different holidays in our country. please keep that in mind. But always email me if you have any questions.

All orders are sent untracked, which is standard in the Netherlands. This is how we keep our shipping prices low. We have the option to choose for shipped with tracking and without. As we outsourced our shipping the prices are over 50% lower than we used to have so we are excited we can offer this option. Please choose the shipping upgrade in when you check out. If you choose without tracking we unfortunately can’t check where your package is. We are not responsible for your stolen or lost mail, tracked or untracked. We are so sorry!

When your package is tracked and lost we will start an investigation with our shipping partner. Usually this will take 6-8 weeks. We will not send a refund or a new package before our shipping partners has given us feedback on the whereabouts of your package.
