SOME GENERAL INFORMATION:
All our pins are designed by us or in collaboration with others. You can only buy them here or in our Etsy shop, unless it’s a collab. Our pins have our logo on the back and are all made of hard enamel.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We use a shipping partner as that is the cheapest way to ship. We ship once a week. If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner. We can now ship with PostNL for our Dutch customers.
TRACKED OR UNTRACKED SHIPPING:
We have the option to choose for shipped with tracking and without. If you choose without tracking we unfortunately can’t check where your package is. We hardly had any problems over the last 5 years with lost or stolen packages.
If you have chosen for tracked shipping please check your email for the tracking number. If the tracking says the package is delivered but you don’t have it, please contact your local post office or your neighbors.
ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES:
Due to holidays (depending on country) and events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday it can take a long time for your package to arrive. Please check our FAQ for an estimate.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
COLORS:
Please note that colors can look different on your screen than in hand due to screen settings.
COMBINING ORDERS:
Unfortunately our system doesn't allow us to combine orders if you have multiple orders.
ORDERS:
All orders are final.
QUALITY:
Please note that that all pins are handmade and small scratches and enamel imperfections are unavoidable. However, we never ship anything we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves! Please note that pins with larger areas of metal, like the door signs, can have more markings in any grade! All pins are sold as standard grade unless stated otherwise (B grade, C grade or seconds pins)

All our pins have two pins on the back, unless stated otherwise. We recycle the bubble wrap paper we get when our pins arrive and we use it to protect your magical pin.

If you’ve gotten an email that says your packages has been shipped it means we’ve packed it to go to our shipping partner on either of these two days. Especially deliveries in the Netherlands will take longer than you are used to. Please contact us if you want us to mail your order via PostNL as we work with Deutsche Post.
