GENERAL INFORMATION
All our pins are designed by us, in collaboration with others, and they are exclusively available through our shop. Each pin is made of hard enamel and features our logo on the back.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We work with a shipping partner as this is the most cost-effective way to ship. Orders are shipped once per week. If you’ve received an email stating that your package has been shipped, this means we’ve prepared it and sent it to our shipping partner.
For our Dutch customers, we also offer shipping via PostNL.
For USA orders, we ship all packages at the end of each month to our friend Lauren from Monocacy Bottom Pins. She forwards them within the USA using USPS. Due to changes at the border and this process, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We’re always happy to help!
TRACKED OR UNTRACKED SHIPPING
You can choose between tracked and untracked shipping at checkout.
- If you select untracked shipping, we unfortunately cannot check the status or location of your package. That said, we’ve had very few issues with lost or stolen packages over the past 8 years.
- If you selected tracked shipping, please check your email for your tracking number. If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or checking with your neighbors.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may be longer due to holidays (depending on your country) and busy periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Please refer to our FAQ for estimated delivery times.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
COLORS
Please note that colors may appear differently on your screen compared to real life due to varying screen settings.
COMBINING ORDERS
We now offer combined shipping. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to combine items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs after an order has been placed.
ORDERS
All orders are final.
QUALITY
All pins are handmade, so small scratches or minor enamel imperfections are unavoidable. However, we never ship anything we wouldn’t be happy to receive ourselves.
Pins with larger metal areas (such as door signs) may show more visible markings in any grade. All pins are sold as standard grade unless stated otherwise. (B-grade, C-grade, or seconds pins are sold separately.)
